By subscribing to this mail list, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Western Pyrotechnic Association, Inc., each of it's members, officers, agents, employees, and successors from and against all claims, damages or injuries, direct or consequential rising out of any direct and/or indirect or collateral participation in the WPA activities, including usage of this mail list, by the subscriber and his or her spouse, or children, if any. You also recognize that any violation or abuse of the WPA mail list rules may result in suspension and possible revocation of WPA membership and/or access to the WPA Mailing List.

2. No solicitation of any item or service unless you are selling fireworks-related items/services with authorization from the WPA.

3. Use of this forum is limited to discussions of club or pyrotechnic-related issues. Off-topic issues, especially those meant to cause unwarranted conflict among club members, will not be allowed.

4. Anonymous posting, especially with malicious intent, is not acceptable.

5. No tag lines are permitted. (i.e., signatures, personal or business websites, E-Bay Stores, inspirational/spiritual messages or historic quotes, and/or ASCII graphics.)

Any violation of the above regulations will be dealt with fairly and impartially by the WPA Board of Directors, mail list moderators and/or administrators.
